Training new employees takes time; remembering all the products and how to handle them can be difficult for even an experienced packer.
You can save time on training and improve efficiency by utilizing product notes.
Product notes let you make internal notes on individual products. These notes will never be shown to the customer but can be seen by packers.
These notes can store information such as:
- Properties of the product;
- Notes to help distinguish between similar products, to avoid confusion while packing;
- Handling information such as special care or packing instructions.
